Absolutely. Accountability can be useful, for sure. But I think the power of an aligned community is in the 'echoes and bounces' - how we see ourselves and our work in relation to others, how that opens space for possibility in one's own creation as well as providing a satisfying sense of integration that (for me, anyway) leads to a feeling of being seen and heard in our expression.

I think I first heard it in relation to curation in visual art. But I love it so much as a concept, I use it all the time!
